What does it mean when you get an error like this in spring framework development

Ans: If you look critically at the ‘Caused by’ section, it simply means either you did not create an xml file you have decleared in your main file
and so it could not be found during the running process.

“Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element ‘beans’.”

Kindly create the xml file.
